There should be a setting in options or even the bottom right corner for Auto Rotate… you might want to check/make sure that is selected.

Skype will also need to be downloading from the Android Market.

Again… those are apps will not be pre-installed, only the Google Play market. You will just search, install, and use the apps.

If it is not already in the market… you will need to go to SlateDroid forums and use one of the scripts there to update your build.prop. Otherwise you can try searching google for kindle apk and see if you can manually find the program to install.

Hi There… I have no idea how to Root Aurora… I have seen your entry on how to do it but am not really a graphic person, I prefer viewing a video… is it possible if you create a video on how to do it?

Would really appreciate it… Thanks in advance!

It would be a great tablet for reading and videos.

I personally prefer the Aurora… the Wideview screen is nice. But if big enough price difference, nothing wrong with the elf.

    very affordable
initially i wanted to buy nexus 7 but it seems little bit expensive for me
so i have changed my mind to Ainol
i want to buy ainol elf 8GB
